Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act:  The
employer did not
furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards that
were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in
that employees were
exposed to:
Seccion 6(a) de la Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de Puerto Rico:
El patrono no
proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten
causando o que
puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados
estaban expuestos
a:
In the dinning room, class rooms, bathrooms, hall of the school- presence
of doves in all the
school, invade the pipe of the hood (through the exterior) and in the
class rooms, deposited the
excrements.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct
those hazards
are:
a) In the dinning room - placement in the final of the pipe of the hood a
mesh to prevent the
entrace of the doves.
b) In the class rooms and bathrooms - placement in the windows and doors
screens to prevent the entrace of the doves.
Hazard: Illnesses of the respiratory system.
En el comedor, salones de clase, banos, pasillos de la escuela - presencia
de palomas en toda
la escuela, entrando  por el conducto del capirote (por el exterior) y en
los salones de clase,
depositando los excrementos.
Entre otros metodos, un  metodo factible y aceptable para corregir estos
riesgos son:
a) En el comedor - colocar en el final del conducto del capirote una malla
para prevenir la
entrada del las palomas.
b) En los salones de clase y banos - colocar en las ventanas y puertas
rejillas para
prevenir la entrada de las palomas.
Riesgo: Enfermedades del sistema respiratorio.
