employer did not
furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards that
were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in
that employees were
exposed to:
Seccion 6(a) de la Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de Puerto Rico:
El patrono no
proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten
causando o que
puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados
estaban expuestos
a:
At the bathrooms of the Personnel Office of the "Administracion de
Familias y Ninos",
employees were using the bathrooms facilities that the air extractors were
not in working
condition.
a. Men bathrooms of second floor.
b. Women bathrooms of second floor.
c. Men bathrooms of basement.
Hazard: Bacterial, microbiological and viral sickness.
Among other methods to correct this hazards, fixing or changing the air
extractors.
En los banos de la Oficina de Personal de la Administracion de Familias y
Ninos, los empleados
estaban usando las facilidades sanitarias que tenian los extractores
inoperantes.
a. Banos de hombres en segundo piso.
b. Banos de mujeres del segundo piso.
c. Bano de hombres del sotano.
Riesgo: Enfermedades bacteriales, microbiales y virales.
Entre otros metodos para corregir este riesgo es, arreglar o cambiar los
extractores de aire.

Employees were using the
facilities.
Hazard: Trips, hits and falls.
Among other methods to correct this hazard is fixing the lights.
En el bano del sotano de mujeres, en la Oficina de Personal de la
Administracion de Familias
y Ninos, el bano estaba obscuro debido a iluminacion defectuosa. Los
empleados estaban usando
las facilidades.
Riesgo: Tropezones, golpes y caidas.
Entre otros metodos para corregir este riesgo es, arreglar las luces.ar

Office. Employees performing clerical tasks were exposed to wet floors
during rainny days due
to ceiling filtrations.
Hazard: Slips, and falls.
Among other methods to correct these hazard is, fixing ceiling leakage.
En la Seccion de Nombramientos y Cambios de la Oficina de Personal, de la
Administracion de
Familias y Ninos, empleados que realizaban tareas clericales, estaban
expuestos a pisos mojados
durante dias lluviosos debido a filtraciones en el techo.
Riesgo: Tropezones, golpes y caidas.
Entre otros metodos para corregir este riesgo es, el corregir filtraciones.
