At the Family Department, Consorcio Base Naval, at classroom #2 and #5 had
evidence
of water filtrations through the ceiling, due its  deterioration. The
employees were
observed performing educational tasks.
Hazard: Slips and falls.
Among other correction method, some feasible and acceptable methods to
correct this
hazard is repair the ceiling.

Los
empleados fueron observados realizando tareas de ensenanza.
Riesgo: Resbalones y caidas.
Entre otros metodos de correccion un metodo factible y aceptable para
corregir este
