ATTEND MANDATORY TRAINING SESSIONS ON AT LEAST AN ANNUAL BASIS: ALL
PERSONNEL FROM CENTRAL SERVICES INCLUDING HOUSEKEEPING AND LAUNDRY
WERE NOT REQUIRED TO ATTEND IN-SERVICE TRAINING ON UNIVERSAL
PRECAUTIONS.
A FEASIBLE MEANS OF ABATEMENT AMONG OTHERS WOULD BE TO PROVIDE AN ANNUAL
TRAINING PROGRAM FROM ALL HEALTH CARE WORKERS IN THE FACILITY AND TO
ESTABLISH A MEANS OF ACCOUNTABILITY THAT ALL AFFECTED PERSONNEL ATTEND.
