a.Receive serious injuries or death from fall. An employee was working at
a height
of 36 feet approximately on a beam of a 126 feet x 136 feet steel building
being
assemble, without the safety belt attached to an anchorage by means of a
lifeline,
as a part of a complete fall arrest system. Among other methods to correct
this
hazard a feasible and acceptable one is to install an anchorage and a
lifeline to
attach the safety belt.

trabajando
a 36 pies de altura aproximadamente, sobre una viga de un edificio de acero
estructural de 126 pies x 136 pies que se estaba ensamblando, sin el
