Section 5(a)(1) of Public Law 91-596, the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that employees were exposed to falling limb hazard. (a)jobsite - Employee(s) cutting overhead limbs with a giraffe cutter without the front door to the protective metal cage, were being exposed to the hazard of being struck by fall limbs. Among other methods one feasible and acceptable method to correct this hazard is to re-install the front door of the protective cage.ctive

Section 5(a)(1) of Public Law 91-596, the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that employees were exposed to being struck by a moving vehicle. (a)jobsite - Turn signals and emergency flashers on Bucket Truck #150 did not work. Among other methods one feasible and acceptable method to correct this hazard is to fix the defect turn signals and emergency flashers.
