Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act:  The
employer did not
furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards that
were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in
that employees were
exposed to:
Seccion 6(a) de la Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de Puerto Rico:
El patrono no
proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten
causando o que
puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados
estaban expuestos
a:
Fracture or contusion due to fall the cover lamp was hanging unstably
above shelf to the
bottom of the classroom. At the history room of Petra Zenon de Fabery
School, the
employee was teaching P.R. and U.S.A. history.
Among others methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct
is
change the lamp.
Fractura o contusion debido a caida de la cubierta de la lampara que
estaba colgando
inestablemente sobre el anaquel al final del salon de clase. En el salon
de historia de la
Escuela Petra Zenon de Fabery, el empleado estaba ensenando historia de
P.R. y E.U.A.
Ademas de otros metodos, un metodo de correcion factible y aceptable para
corregir es
cambiar la lampara.
