a)Warehouse Area:  Employees used the Heff-T-Herman 219SPEP Plant Master
lift
with malfunctioning automatic stabilizers and were exposed to the hazard
of the
lift tipping over, on or about 02/25/99.
ABATEMENT NOTE:  Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable
abatement method
to correct this hazard is to repair the automatic stabilizers on the lift
so they function as
described in the Heff-T-Herman Operating, Service, and Maintenance Manual,
page 5 (6644,
REV.2).
