North Carolina General Statute 95-129(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of North Carolina: The employer did not furnish to each of his employees condition of employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to collapse of main support columns and ultimate collapse of the building structure: a)warehouse, main room outside office - roof support column was badly damaged and bent. Among other methods on feasible and acceptable method of abatement would be to replace the damaged column with a new undamaged column.ed
