lanyard! was not provided;  On or about 9/7/99.
Abatement Notes:
Among other methods,one feasible method to reduce the hazard is to:
1)Follow ANSI/SIA A92.5-1992-Boom Supported Elevating Work
Platforms,section 8.8 states: "Ensure all personnel in the
platform are wearing fall protection devices and other safety
gear as required at all times";  and
2)Train the employees in the proper procedures while operating
aerial lifts, such as, but not limited to, the wearing of a safety
belt with lanyard.
ABATEMENT VERIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED AS OUTLINED IN
PART 29 CFR 1903.19
