were exposed to contact with moving conveyor belts and pulley pinch points:
a)Plant Separation facility:  Conveyor lines used to transport and
separate shredded
metal scrap did not have work station stop buttons that permitted ready
access in
the event of an emergency, on or about 07/13/2000.
Abatement Note:  One feasible and acceptable abatement method, among
others to correct this
hazard, is to provide a " stop button" or a" pull cord" type emergency
switch that would permit
ready access along any work station on the conveyor as stipulated in ASME
B20.1-1999 Safety
Standards for Conveyors and Related Equipment, Section #5 General Safety
