ORS654.010:  The employer did not furnish a place of employment which was
safe and healthful
for employees, and did not do every other thing reasonably necessary to
protect the life, safety,
and health of the employees:
(a) The employer, Sageland Homes, allowed subcontractor(s) to walk top
plates of a two story
house to land trusses without the use of fall protection.
IN THE ALTERNATIVE
ORS654.022: The employer did not do everything necessary or proper to
secure compliance with
and observance of every such order, decision, direction, standard, rule,
or regulation:
(a) The employer, Sageland Homes, allowed subcontractor(s) to walk top
plates of a two story
house to land trusses without the use of fall protection.
THIS VIOLATION WAS COMPLIED WITH AT THE TIME OF INSPECTION.
