Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct this hazard is:
Provide training and/or re-training relating to INDALEX standard operating
procedures for
charging furnace for all supervisors and furnace operators working in the
remelt/furnace
department, and maintain training records. Also, review standard operating
procedures
periodically.
