the I-55 Project were exposed to possible injuries while standing atop the
mid rails of the
basket or, in some cases, with one leg out of the basket.  The American
National Standards
Institute (ANSI 92.5-1980) Standard for Boom-Supported Elevated Work
Platforms requires
that personnel maintain a firm footing on the platform.
