are exposed to a tipping hazard were not required to wear protective
restraint devices

ABATEMENT NOTE:  AMONG OTHER MEANS, ONE FEASIBLE AND
ACCEPTABLE METHOD TO CORRECT THIS HAZARD WOULD BE FOR THE
COMPANY TO REQUIRE EMPLOYEES TO UTILIZE THE SEATBELTS AND ADD
THIS REQUIREMENT TO THE EMPLOYEES TRAINING PROGRAM.
