wide) on the top of trucks, where load / unload operations were performed

high (aprox) from the ground level, when employees go from one side to the
other side
of the platform, while doing his job duties.  Among other nethods, one
feasible
and
acceptable abatement methodd to correct this hazard is to install an
aerial turnbuckle
cable as a part of a fall personal arrest system.

pies de largo x
30 pulgadas de ancho) en el tope de camiones, donde operaciones de
carga/descarga
fueron efectuadas a una altura de 10 pies aprox. desde el piso, mientras
