an unsafe manner:
A).  Power Boiler No. 2, second floor, north bark feed chute.  Turbine oil
was disposed of by
pouring it into the north bark feed chute, on or about 08/06/01.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method to correct this
hazard is to:
1. Develop, implement, and enforce a policy prohibiting employees from
disposing of turbine
oil, or any other flammable or combustible liquid, in the boiler bark feed
chutes.
2. Place signs adjacent to the bark feed chutes prohibiting the disposal
of turbine oil, or any
other flammable or combustible liquid, in the boiler bark feed chutes.
3. Develop, implement, and enforce a policy and procedure for the safe
disposal of flammable
and combustible liquids.
