(A)Yard: On 7 November 2001,and at times prior thereto, employees were
permitted to push railcars on the company's industrial rail track with the
bucket of a CAT 966F front end loader.
SEVERAL FEASIBLE AND ACCEPTABLE ABATEMENT METHODS, AMONG
OTHERS, TO CORRECT THIS HAZARD IS TO:
Use the switch car available on site, use a high rail vehicle with a
coupler, or
purchase a coupler device from CAT designed for that purpose.
Note: Abatement certification and supporting documentation are required
for this item.
