1101 North Redmond Road, Jacksonville, AR:  The employer did not furnish
employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized
hazards that
were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to
employees in that
employees were exposed to the hazard of electrical shock and electrocution
which was
associated with employees working with or around electrostatic spray
painting equipment
without having a sufficient connection to ground.
Among other means, two feasible and acceptable abatement methods to correct
this hazard are as follows:
1) Require all employees working in and around the spray booth to weather
conductive shoes, such as shoes with leather soles.
2) Provide and require the use of grounding straps to maintain a
connection to
ground during spraying operations.
