the Lull Highlander Model 6K-37, Serial #97X12V21-344 Rough Terrain
Forklift was
exposed to the hazard of crushing injuries due to the lack of use of a
seat belt while
using the forklift to aid in brick cleaning operations on the new building.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct this
hazard is to require the operator to wear the seat belt provided in the
power industrial
truck.
