employer did not
furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards that
were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in
that employees were
exposed to:

proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten
causando o que
puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados
estaban expuestos
a:
At the Puerto Nuevo Maintenance Facilities workshop, the employees were
repairing,bouring and rebuilding metal parts. It has evidence of water
spots on the ceiling
and on the walls due to water ceiling filtrations.
Hazard: Slips and falls.
Among other correction methods, one feasible and acceptable to correct
this hazard is
repair the ceiling.
En el taller de las Facilidades de Mantenimiento de Puerto Nuevo, los
empleados estaban
reparando,torneando y re-manufacturando piezas de metal. Existia evidencia
de manchas
de agua en el techo y las paredes debido a las filtraciones de agua en el
techo.
Riesgo: Resbalones y caidas.
Entre otros metodos de correccion, uno factible y aceptable para corrregir
este riesgo es
reparar el techo.r
