employer did not
furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards that
were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in
that
employees were
exposed to:

El patrono no
proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten
causando o que
puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados
estaban expuestos
a:
At the Caribe Hilton Hotel, second floor Principal kitchen, hot line area,
the employees
were cooking and cleaning the industrial boiler, vapor filtration was
observed on the hot
water line.
Hazard: Contact with vapor of water.
Among other correction methods, a feasible and acceptable method to
correct this hazard
is to fix the vapor filtration hot water line.
En la cocina Principal, segundo piso del Hotel Caribe Hilton, area de
linea caliente,
empleados estaban cocinando y limpiando las marmitas (olla industrial), se
observo una
filtracion de vapor en la linea de agua caliente.
Riesgo: Contacto con vapor de agua.
Entre otros medios de correccion, un metodo factible y aceptable para
corregir este
riesgo es arreglar la filtracion de vapor de la linea de agua caliente.n
