during the clam
processing and packing operations:
(a)  242 South Rehoboth Blvd., Milford, DE  19963 - Employees were exposed
to
explosion, skin contact and inhalation hazards due to military ordnance
being
discovered during the processing and packing operations. On or about
04/16/04
ABATEMENT NOTE
Feasible and acceptable methods to correct this hazard are:
1.  Physically "wand" every cage prior to processing.
2.  X-Ray each cage found to hav metal present.
3.  Contact ordnance authorities from Delaware State Police/Dover Air
Force Base
for removal as necessary.
NOTE:  A search of the standards was conduted and none were found to be
applicable.  Thus, a 5(a)(1) violation, is being recommended.
