(a)  Location - Eat All / Project Room
On or about 8/27/04, employees were exposed to hot, caustic cleaning
solution during
the tilting of the Lee Steam Kettle to empty it into a floor drain.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct this
hazard is to use the bottom drain unit and connected hose directly to the
floor drain.
(b)  Location - Eat All / Project Room
On or about 8/27/04, employees were exposed to thermal burns from hot food
during the
tilting of the Lee Steam Kettle to transfer the product.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct this
hazard is to use a hydraulic tilting mechanism.
