Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct this hazard is
to enforce the use of operator restraint system (seat belts) as required
by ANSI B56.1 consensus
standard for powered industrial trucks, and ASME B56.1-2000-Safety
Standard for Low Lift and
High Lift Trucks.
