(a)Olive Branch, MS, Craft Road - Employees on September 23, 2004 were
working
in a 24 foot trench box directing the placement of the excavator's bucket.
Employees
were exposed to being struck by the excavator bucket.
Amoung other methods, one feasabile and acceptable means of abatement
would be to follow
the guidelines in the Komatsu operator manual by preventing the excavator
bucket from being
pass over the head of workers.
