Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act:  The
employer did not
furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards that
were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in
that employees were
exposed to:

El patrono no
proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten
causando o que
puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados
estaban expuestos
a:
a.  Receive serious injuries due to falling unstable object (wood 2"W x
4"H x 12"L)
from overhead crane 15 ton. at 60 feet high approximately. The overhead
crane was
located at establishment in ground floor between turbine 2 and 3, north
side. Among
other method, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to correct this
hazard
is to
fix to structure the unstable objects.

4"H x 12"L)
de gruua de soporte suspendido a 60 pies alto aproximadamente. La grua
suspendida de
15 ton. estaba localizada en el establecimiento, en la planta baja entre
las turbinas 2 y
3, lado norte. Entre otros metodos, un metodo aceptable y posible para
corregir este
riesgo es fijar a la estructura los objetos inestables.
