Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act:  The
employer did not
furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards that
were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in
that employees were
exposed to:
Seccion 6(a) de la Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de Puerto Rico:
El patrono no
proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten
causando o que
puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados
estaban expuestos
a:
a.  Receive serious injuries due to bad conditions of the floor between
the frezzers and
the wagons.  The floor had many holes.  This is located at west side of
the side ramps
of discharge of wagons.  Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable
to abatement
correct this hazard is to put new cement on the top of the floor.
a.  Recibir lesiones debido a las malas condiciones del piso entre las
neveras y los
vagones. Los pisos tenian muchos hoyos. Esto esta en lado oeste de las
rampas de
descargas de los vanes. Entre otros metodos,un metodo aceptable y posible
para corregir
este riesgo es poner nuevo cemento en el piso.

puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados
estaban expuestos
a:
a.  Receive serious injuries due to bad conditions of the 8 door with
sharp edges in the
borders.  The doors don't open slow and the employees had to push hard to
open them.
There are in the discharge area.  Among other methods, one feasible and
acceptable
abatement method to correct this hazard is to make al the doors new.
a.  Recibir lesiones debido a las malas condiciones de las 8 puertas, con
filos cortantes
en los lados.  Las puertas abren suaves y se tiene que hacer fuerza para
abrirlas. Estan
en el area de descarga de camiones. Entre otros metodos, un metodo
aceptable y posible
para corregir este riesgo es hacer las puertas nuevas.
