MN Stat. 182.653 subd. 2: The employer did not furnish to each employee, conditions of employment and a place of employment free from recognized hazards which caused or were likely to cause death or serious injury to employees (Ref. 29 CFR 1910.178(m)(2): An employee of Terwisscha Construction was working directly below the basket of an articulating aerial lift. The basket was attached to the boom of a Cat all-terrain forklift.
