operating/working
within an elevated manually propelled carriage and not trained in the
operation, safe use, and inspection of the particular working platform to
be operated.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct this hazard is
to train employees in the operation, safe use, and inspection of the
elevated manually propelled
carriage.

training

to provide standard guardrail systems for the sides/ends of the elevated
manually propelled
carriage.
