Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970:  The
employer did not
furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards that
were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to
employees, in that:
a.  At 1600 McClain Road, Lima, Ohio on or about June 22, 2004:  In the
foundry floor area
below the hook lifting devices are used to lift mold flasks and were not
marked with their weight
and lifting capacities and no rated load test were conducted on these
devices with a written
report to confirm the devices lifting capacity.
Abatement Note: One feasible means of abatement would be to comply with
the requirements
of ANSI B30.20.
