under an elevated load.  Employees were exposed to being struck by a load
being lifted, which
could inflict potential permanent disability.  Employer did not evaluate
area to assure there was
sufficient work area to assemble crane boom sections.  Restricted work
area placed at least one
employee under the elevated portion of rough terrain forklift truck.  As
