29 CFR 1910.179(j)(3): Complete periodic inspections of the crane were not performed at intervals as generally defined in paragraph (j)(1)(ii)(b) of this section. Any deficiencies were not carefully examined to determine if they constituted a safety hazard: A) Forklift Changing Station - Employees changing forklift batteries were using a hoist that has not been inspected and was found to have loose bolts, rivets and that the trolley was barely hanging on to the supporting members.
