as required by NIOSH Alert "Preventing Injuries and Deaths from Skid Steer
Loaders",
February 1998, DHHS (NIOSH) Publication No. 98-117 and the New Holland
Construction LS180 Operator's Manual.  Among other methods, one feasible
and
acceptable method is to train heavy equipment operators to visually check
the area for
bystanders and other employees before operating machinery and barricade
the area to
prevent access, on or about 06/26/04.
