What this inspection record means

OSHA opens inspections for many reasons — routine scheduling under a national or local emphasis program, an employee complaint or referral, or a follow-up after a reported injury. Opening or conducting an inspection is not itself an allegation or a finding that this employer broke any rule; any findings appear as the citations listed below, and citations can be contested, reduced, or withdrawn.

At the following areas, employees were exposed to the hazard of working in
an environment
with levels of airbone microorganisms over the acceptable level. The
concentration of
microorganisms in the air was over the acceptable exposure indicator level
of 1,000 colony
forming units per cubic meter of air (CFU/m3). The exposure to high
levels of microorganisms
can cause alergies and respiratory conditions. All samples were taken on

expose employees
to the microorganisms and/or to the chemicals substances to be used to
clean the area.

not
recomended unless they can be completely disinfected.

cleaning as
required to maintain low levels of microorganisms.
