Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The
employer did not furnish
employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized
hazards that were
causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in
that employees were
exposed to:
A crushing hazard on July 17, 2004 at 2401 West Dixon Road in Little Rock,
Arkansas
in a repair garage at CUSA AT LLC DBA AMERICOACH TOURS, INC. when
working under a tour bus # 9620 in the repair garage bay.  Among other
methods, the
following are considered to be feasible and acceptable abatement methods
to correct this
hazard.  Consider the following:
1.  Install a pit so as to allow employees safe access to the under side
of the vehicle.
2.  Make mandatory safe practice policy that no employee is allowed under
a vehicle
when the vehicle is in the raised position with the wheels chocked.
3.  Insure that all mechanics are trained in mechanics safe practices and
procedures.
