29 CFR 6a: Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: 29 CFR 6a: Seccion 6(a) de la Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de Puerto Rico: El patrono no proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten causando o que puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados estaban expuestos a: At the Puerto Rico Retail Stores Inc. HNC Empresas Pitusa, was observed in the credit warehouse first floor during the employees were performing storage works, shelves without anchorage location at 8'of height with merchandise such as televisions, microwaves among others. Hazard: Falling of the shelves on top of the employees. Among other correction method some feasible and acceptable methods to correct this hazard is to anchor the shelves. En Puerto Rico Retail Stores Inc. HNC Empresas Pitusa, se observo en todo el almacen de credito en el primer y segundo piso mientras los empleados realizaban trabajos propios de almacenaje, anaqueles sin anclaje localizados a 8'de altura con mercancia tales como televisores, microhondas entre otros. Riesgo: Caida de los anaqueles encima de los empleados. Entre otros metodos factible y aceptable para corregir este riesgo es anclar los anaqueles.
