employer did not
furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards that
were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees, in
that employees were
exposed to:

puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados
estaban expuestos
a:
At the store Pitusa of Norte Shopping Center, employees performed works,
such as
customer services, sales, office jobs, verified and stored merchandise,
among others.
There were eight areas with evidence of water filtrations, water spots on
the ceiling's
acoustic panels and they also lacked some of them from the roof top.

Hazard: Slips and falls.
Among other methods, a feasible and acceptable method to correct this
hazard is to
impermeabilize the roof.
En la tienda Pitusa de Norte Shopping Center, los empleados realizaban
trabajos, tales
como servicio al cliente, venta, trabajos de oficina, verificaban y
almacenaban mercancia,
entre otros. Habia ocho areas con evidencia de filtracion de agua, manchas
en los
plafones acusticos, y falta de plafones.
