Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act:  The
employer did not
furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards that
were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees, in
that employees were
exposed to:

El patrono no
proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que
estuvieran causando o que
puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados
estaban expuestos
a:
At the National Parks Company, third floor, employees performed tasks,
such as office
jobs, verifying invoices, requisitions, filing documents, purchases and
inventory, among
other works. There were six areas with evidence of water filtration, water
spots on the
ceiling acoustic panels, ceiling light fixtures, and garbage cans used to
collect
water.

Hazard: Slips and falls.
Among other methods, a feasible and acceptable method to correct this
hazard is to
impermeabilize the roof.
En la Compania de Parques Nacionales, tercer piso, los empleados
realizaban tareas,
tales como trabajos de oficina, verificar facturas, requisiciones,
archivar documentos,
compra e inventario, entre otros trabajos. Habia seis areas con evidencia
de filtracion de
agua, manchas en los plafones acusticos, lamparas de techo y zafacones
utilizados para
recoger agua.
