Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: Seccion 6(a) de la Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de Puerto Rico: El patrono no proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten causando o que puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados estaban expuestos a: Employees were exposed to weather inclemencies during rainy days and got soaked with the rain water, these employees were providing security services on the employee parking lot post of the 65 Infantery Ave Marshals Store located in Carolina. Amongh other methos, one feasible and acceptable method which is acceptable to correct the hazard is to provide rain coats to the employees posted at the parking area. Empleados estaban expuestos a inclemencias del tiempo durante dias lluviosos se mojaban, estos empleaods proveia servicio de seguridad en el puesto de estacionamiento de los empleados de la tienda Marshals localizada en Ave. 65 de Infanteria en Carolina. Entre otros metodos, uno factible y aceptable para corregir este riesgo es proveer capas a los empleados que vigilen el area de estacionamiento.
