employer did not
furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards that
were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in
that employees were
exposed to:
Seccion 6(a) de la Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de Puerto Rico:
El patrono no
proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten
causando
o que
puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados
estaban expuestos
a:
a)At the Library and Lunchroom of the Luis Munoz Rivera Junior High School
-
Were observed presence of water filtration due to the ceiling
deterioration. The
employees were observed performing educational works.
Hazard:  falls and Slips.
Among other correction method, some feasible and acceptable methods to
correct
this hazard is repair the ceiling.
a)En la Biblioteca y Comedor de la Escuela Intermedia Luis Munoz Rivera -
Se
observo evidencia de filtraciones de agua debido al deterioro del techo.
Los
empleados fueron observados realizando sus trabajos educacionales.
Riesgo:  caidas y resbalones.
Entre otros metodos un metodo de correccion factible y aceptables para
corregir
este riesgo es reparar el techo."
