regulation and other occupational safety and health rules and regulations
promulgated under
Chapter 15 of Title 41, Code of Laws, State of South Carolina, 1976, as
amended, as
follows:
A.  The employer knew or should have known that employees operating
powered industrial
trucks without wearing a seat belt, in the lash adjuster department, were
exposed to the
hazard of being thrown from the powered industrial truck and crushed.  A
feasible and useful
means of abatement, among others, is to ensure employees wear a seat belt
while operating a
powered industrial truck at the establishment.
