29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7)(iv): There were damaged parts that may adversely affect safe operation or mechanical strength of the equipment, such as parts that are broken, bent, cut, or deteriorated by corrosion, chemical action or overheating: Heat Treat: On, or about, April 9, 2026, a knockout was pushed in on the side of the electrical disconnect box for Hoist #019, which was located at Furnace 1.
