(a) On or about 02/15/05, and at times prior thereto, employees were
exposed to the hazard
of being struck by an uncontrolled moving railcar while moving cars from
the yard to the
siding area.
One feasible and acceptable method to abate this hazard would be to use
equipment
specifically designed to move railcars and develop and implement a
procedure which outlines
specific duties and responsibilities and utilizes a checklist for
completion.
