maintenance, repair
and installation did not dispense water to flush eyes in the even of an
emergency.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct this hazard is to provide an
eyewash station that meets the requirements of American National Standard
for Emergency Eyewash and
Shower Equipment 73581.1981.
The proposed penalty for this item has been reduced by 50for effective
and efficient abatement during
the inspection.
