not limited to, Toyota forklift, were exposed to the hazard of being
crushed by overhead
cage of forklift in the event of a tip over, while not wearing a seat belt
on forklift.  A
feasible and useful means of abatement, among others, is to require and
enforce the use of
the provided seat belt.
