secured:
a) On site, trailer stripping area - this employer is the creator of the
hazard and exposes employees of
CVS Pharmacy and their own to being struck by unsecured and unstable loads
when the trailer comes
into the distribution center for unloading. This company's drivers are
exposed to unstable and
unsecured loads while making deliveries away from the distribution center,
on or about 11/21/05.
One means of feasible abatement, among others, is for the drivers to
always use the straps and load securing
bars after making a delivery and  for return items to the distribution
center. Load stabilizing bars and sheets of
plywood are put on each trailer before the load leaves the distribution
center
along with securing straps.g
