not guarded on or about August 12, 2008.
NOTE:  Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method
to correct this
hazard is to guard/cover the foot pedal to prevent accidental actuation by
falling
or moving
objects, or by someone accidentally stepping on the pedal.
