falls while standing

Employees working from scissors lifts during steel erection activities,
did not maintain their
position inside of the basket, but rather were standing on top of the
guardrails.

A feasible means of abatement would be to provide fall protection in
accordance
with the
American National Standards Institute, ANSI A92.6-1979 Standard for
Self-Propelled Elevating
