Condition:The eyewash station failed to provide adequate water flow to
meet at a central point
for simultaneous flushing of the eyes.

Condition:The eyewash station failed to provide adequate water flow to
meet at a central point
for simultaneous flushing of the eyes.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable means of abatement
includes cleaning the valves and
adjusting the water pressure, followed by weekly inspections.
Abatement documentation (photographs, receipts, copies of programs,
training
certification, etc.)
is required for this item.
